Adjusting vss pulse number for tire size

Tried searching and couldn't find anything. If my tires are 3.6% bigger should I just scale the vss pulse number for my car in the chart back 3.6%?

If your speed readings are 3.6% lower with then yes you'll want to lower your VSS pulses per mile down 3.6%

Best way to deal with the issue is to compare your odo with the distance marks.
For example you drive for 20 miles/km and you check your odo in comparision with your MPGuino, or any other device. Then you calibrate it to show the proper number for the traveled distance.

Vic Hickey's son, Jim, manufactured an "add-on" digital box for GM products that connected between the wheel sensor and ECM to provide digital "calibration" of speedometer readings.
