I really want an aero cap but am concerned about seeing my blind spot. In a 05 crewcab taco with a short bed, it can be hard to see much. I did remove my rear headrests that makes a huge difference. I was thinking of making a small metal frame 1x1 16ga is only $15/20ft stick. Then using clear polycarbonate (lexan/speed galss) to cover. It could be attached with a good urethane just like a windsheild. clear and easy with no fibergalss to fight with. The metal is thin and easy enough to bend and most any small welder would do the job.
