Full Tonneau vs Partial
My truck is often used to haul and a full tonneau is a large pain to deal with for me but the 20 inch cover over the rear, near the tailgate noted in the SAE Truck Aerodynamics Test (2004-01-1146) seemed to offer a good portion of the benifits of a full tonneau. It would be a simple item I could fab up and slap on for my occasional high speed jaunts. Has anyone here tried it? Comments encouraged.

FYI: aerohead posted some info on the rear "half tonneau". Apparently, in combination with a cab roof partial "Kammback" like extension, the increase in efficiency is decent:

I found that one already! I'm going to corncob something and test it myself.
BTW, I like your ForkenSwift. Had a chance to spend a week driving Wilde Evolution's Lectro-Rover around Moab back in 2000. Really loved it. Would like to build a little electric for myself someday.
