I have created this Facebook Group "Ecomodder Aero EV" because the group at Ecomodder can no longer use photo bucket to post pictures on that site. Any pictures you want to post at Ecomodder can be posted here and linked there if you want to do it. Hopefully this Facebook Group can take on a life of it's own as it should be easier to use. For example see below.

Please refrain from reposting anything in my albums, my thread posts, or any quote from me there. Thank you for your cooperation.

Mark Zuckerberg vs Dwayne 'the Rock' Johnson in 2020. It should be an interesting race.

What precisely are you bothered about? I will be glad to delete the post but I am curious!

Thank you for asking. I'm not asking you to delete anything; just refrain from feeding that monster with any content that can be traced back to me. ...it's all I ask.

If this is a teachable moment, I recomment Eben Moglen's talk Innovation Under Austerity. It's on Youtube but here's the transcript:

https://www.softwarefreedom.org/even...note-2012.html

I used to watch it every six months after 2012. It's 87 minutes long but he's an excellent public speaker and the transcript loses the pacing. Pacing is important for persuasion.

Here's a WaPo article that distills it down to: Eben Moglen on innovation under austerity and ‘a little thug in a hooded sweatshirt’

It's an interesting article, with a nod to plasma actuators.

But the website loads five articles instead of one and then says comments are turned off to speed page loading.

So, I have an idea. For vehicles that have relatively flat roofs or the highest point is farther back the roof line, the gen1 Volt for instance, would they benefit from lowering the rear of the car to rotate the highest point toward the front of the car?

I for one think not. The wake will just creep up the slope and suck on the entire roof.

The choices seem to be a rectangle with adequate fineness ratio, like a big rig truck, or a compound curve Template shape. Else a highly refined compromise developed in a wind tunnel that accommodates lights and license plates. Which looks a lot like a modern CUV.

Why arent this or the other clearer templates pictures in use on the template tool?
