I drive about 70-80% of my miles on the highway and that has been very consistent. I'll be driving from Indiana to California starting this weekend so I should get some very good data during the trip.

I think it's likely you're going to see some improvement if only because it's a big grille block. It would be interesting to see coastdown results....

The only suggestion I can make is to perhaps tape the top edges of the dam to the bumper (white duct tape?) so that edge (with the small gap behind it) isn't exposed.
