Looks good - have you tuft tested it? What is the frame made out of?

Pragmatic use of flexible & rigid materials and utilitarian design. Not optimum template but clean, very reproduce-able and clean design for most vehicle applications.

Getting right to the point- I like it! Construction does look well-considered. The only suggestion I'd have is to more closely match it off the cab- maybe even curve that piece.
Looking forward to structure pics and tufts!

Not prefect shape, but super light, strong, coat less than $100, took only 3 days to make, and very practical, both sides and the back window open for cargo access, and is easy to remove/install using only C-clamps.

What about putting the supports right at the corners of the cab, as to make the transition smooth? And what about shaping them to match the perfect kammback slope? So the fabric will recede gradually at first but bend down fluently to meet the back?
Couldn't be too hard and would seriously reduce drag imho.

What I really like is how much you changed the vertical slope of the sides from front to back. Most caps I've seen do not do this as well as you did. And they open too, good idea!
