Nice design.

If you curve the top of the truck, it should improve Cd even further.

It is however a registered design by Don-Bur , with patent pending.

Are you planning on a tunnel between the wheels, except for bumpers? I think that would be too heavy and expensive to pay off. Current hardware can be improved greatly at low expense. It would be hard to finance a radical chassis without clear necessity.

It's being done on trailers used to transport glass.

The useful volume between the rear wheels is usually lost on trailers, but it can be put to good use (say for fluids or bulk - or in this case for aerodynamics) if the trailer design allows for it.

For current trucks it's a radical concept because of the engine / transmission layout.
On a hybrid or Full-EV truck with electrical motors, it'd be easy to achieve.

Abner,is the vehicle for a commercial vehicle,or recreational vehicle?
I like the aerodynamics of it and the super-single wheel/tires.
The center-of-gravity looks a little spooky,if I'm interpreting the underside of the vehicle correctly.
For about 3-million Euros you could probably do a running prototype.

The photo of the tractor-trailer is not real, yes? I've seen enough actual and photographic windtunnel smoke investigations that I'm highly suspect of the authenticity of this image.

Cd 0.12

The Renault V.I.R.A.G.E. already incorporates much of the architecture your vehicle represents, and even with extended boat-tail only achieves Cd 0.29.
I believe Cd 0.12 is optimistic without a complete boat-tail and more attention to wheel/tire streamlining.
Check out the Summers Brother's "Goldenrod" land speed record vehicle of the 1960s of which your rig shares a similarity. This car tunneled out between Cd 0.11 and 0.12.
