Air dam and wheel skirt test results

Today, I went out driving with a friend to go and test my air dam and wheel skirts. We found a nice flat paved road in a rural area to do the testing.

Here are the conditions:
4/17/12
0.8 mile length (recorded on Scangauge)
66 degF temp (Weather Forecast & Reports - Long Range & Local | Wunderground : Weather Underground)
60 mph (in dash speedometer)
10 mph average windspeed (Weather Forecast & Reports - Long Range & Local | Wunderground : Weather Underground)
ABACA test
----A=No air dam or wheel skirts (control)
----B=Air dam, no skirts
----C=skirts, no dam

Here are the results:
A Average - 36.31 mpg
B Average - 37.78 mpg (4.04% improvement over control)
C Average - 36.46 mpg (0.39% improvement over control)

Here is the raw data (in order of the runs):
_____Mileage (mpg)___
----Down-----Back---
A---38.0------34.7---
A---36.4------34.5---
A---37.4------35.1---
B---38.4------36.5---
B---37.6------37.7---
B---37.6------37.0---
B---40.3------37.4---
A---38.0------36.5---
A---36.7------35.6---
C---36.7------35.8---
C---36.8------36.4---
C---37.5------36.1---
C---36.2------36.2---
A---36.9------35.7---
A---37.4------35.5---
