Canada uses numbers which are sometimes even more optimistic than EPA pre-08. If anyone is interested here is the FE page of the Canadian government:

If you're lazy, Google can help you. Just type __L/100km in mpg.
Plus, sometimes automakers in Canada are sneaky and they convert the already optimistic Canadian figure into Imperial MPG and claim huge numbers like 59mpg highway.
