Not sure how accurate this is but I found an calculator that seems to possibly be correct.
Engine RPM Calculator

RSX oem tires 24.9" diameter
Speed 70mph

RSX Base model 4.389 FD and 0.738 5th gear ratio = 3,060 rpm

Accord 4.389 FD with its better 0.647 5th gear ratio = 2,682 rpm

4.1 FD I found on eBay = 2,506 rpm

Now the question of value.... $1000.00 investment in 500 rpm

The usefulness of this mod depends largely on whether or not the K20 has enough torque to pull an RSX(DC5 Integra) at 70mph, at 2500 RPM without going into power enrichment...

Considering the 0.995L motor in the Insight can pull that car around at 70mph at ~2375rpm, I would be pretty surprised if the 2.0L K20 couldn't do it at 2500.

Food for thought, I was reading earlier today that LHT was able to tune a K20 to run reliably at a 19:1 AFR at lower loads and RPM.

My TSX has among the most aerodynamic shape, with a Cd of 0.27. I could probably cruise 70 MPH at 2,000 RPM and have plenty of power to stay out of enrichment. Looks like the RSX is 0.32, but it has less frontal area.
