I know nothing about the white car.

Doug's blue car appears to be a two-seater with tandem seating.

1989 Geo Metro Gets 75 mpg

My name is Doug Heffron in 1993 I built a high mileage car, it was built around a 1989 Geo Metro ultra-fuel-efficient Xfi model.......................

This car with the tandem-style seating makes for an extremely stable car at high speeds.
How to economise your car - Doug Heffron's super-efficient 1989 Geo Metro - Tech Digest

I would like to get a better view of the seating, perhaps a cockpit view.

Its cabin resembles some ground support vehicles I used to see everyday when I lived near an airport.
