sounds great. hopefully whatmaycome14 can come! I know we have a.few more members in VA that should come too.

even if you don't want to do extra driving / mpg contest at least lets get together for lunch or dinner!

maybe find a nice casual spot for lunch?
I'm not too familiar with the area but prefer a family restaurant
vs a chain.

maybe keep it cheap? fire up a grill at the lake and have some burgers?

I'm thinking a scenic drive would be nice. people can car pool if they don't want to drive.

I think we should aim for personal best for mpg.
too many different classes of cars for it to be fair.

June 24th sound good???

June 24th works out great for me!

Personal best mpg? Let's go then! I have to beat 53.8 mpg then. Easier than beating that Mirage

I like the idea of grilling out the best. What does everyone else think?

I have some materials too.

looks like we will have a 2.5 hour drive babydiesel.
A good test for my new car.

the river and fishing / grilling sounds good to me.

how about we meet at a gas station and fill up (same pump), eco-drive to the river, aeromod the corsica while babydiesel catches us lunch, set a fire, cook it up,drink a beer or two, and relax

If he fails we can drive to a store and get a box of burgers or something...

sound good for you mech and whatmaycome?

I was thinking of the exact same thing. Those coming from the north and south and west of Richmond could meet at a gas station by the airport and then travel here:

York River State Park

It's only $3 for parking
