Belly pan removed. Snow on ground, raining, driveway wet. Fun!!!

Gonna need a better build next time... Hopefully this spring, before the Green Grand Prix (see under "Events and Meetups").

I'm not counting on having the time though - wife is in a physical rehab facility after a nasty break to femur. But that's another story entirely. The bone break throws a curve ball into most every aspect of my life, and of course hers. She will be in rehab for another 5 months or so, or more.

How about ABS? I remember some people discussing sheet plastic as an effective medium. Thought about cutting up a few large plastic sleds from Menards but they're pretty flimsy.

I saw some white plastic sheets at Home Depot but they were far heavier than good ol' coroplast, and not as stiff if I recall. As much as I keep trying to find alternatives to coroplast, it usually wins out.

I do like using 2.7 mm lauan plywood, primed with exterior house paint - thin the paint some so it doesn't go on in gobs. Stiffer, but heavier than coroplast, and surprisingly weather resistant if primed. Haven't tried it unprimed. About $10-12 for a 4 x 8 sheet at HD etc.
