Well, I'm sure there's plenty of profit to be made parting it out, honestly. It's NEW. There aren't any parts for it on the market as yet, so you've essentially got a price range from 'take it' to 'here's my money' to work with.

Ok here's my idea: You rent it to people, who then park it in their driveway to get eco-cred among their neighbors!

Besides the engine there needs to be room for at least one chair
If our combined effort produces a Miev that struggles to get 20 mpg, can we still be proud to be ecomodders ?
But what about a smaller battery pack and generator? Could name it the Hammerhead-I Eagle Thrust Miev.
