I keep thinking I'll sell that 1998.5 Dodge/Cummins. Keeps coming in handy to have something that can be beaten around and not worry about it. Also nice having 500 gallons of $2 diesel. There's a small "prepper" instinct I nurture too that thinks when SHTF, a truck like that can burn just about anything you can get your hands on, whereas gasoline vehicles are more picky.

My next truck will be electric, which probably won't be for a decade. Too many ICE trucks in our family at the moment to justify yet another one.
