Not really. I was planning around the FVT eVaro drivetrain with twin 12" motors; each driving one front wheel, and I also used their EiG battery cells to size the bays. But I'm waiting until the chassis is ready to go before plunging in.

This is quite a project Neil. I can't wait to see you get it finished up.

Plunging in... I wonder if it'll float? It would be interesting to calculate the flotation power of the body after it's finished.
You might just be building an unsinkable electric car.

Minor update - I'm working (when it is warm enough, like today!) on the hatch door sealing surfaces. The opening is pretty much set - though the 'arc' of the surface needs some more work. The door needs a lot more work; as it is sorta' wobbly and lumpy.
The stuff with all the black tape is a guard for the 'dorsal fin' which I'd already managed to snap off...

Could still cut a slot to glue in a single piece fin as you near completion on the door.

I was able to glue the fin back together.
Yeah, the January Freeze is over - the ground is squishy mud. It only has been frozen solid for about 2 1/2 weeks this winter - it will not be frozen for a majority of the winter, again like last winter. Bye bye to the old normal and welcome to the new normal...
