My guess is that a single panel made out of them would probably be north of the value of most new cars.

Unity car uses them to keep weight down (the whole car is 1000lbs).

There is a smattering of papers on how to make your own carbon substrate (google them). Maybe if someone made a garage lab or something.

Carbon fiber and carbon nanotubes are absolutely not the same thing.
