More common is RUG- regular unleaded gasoline. It's common to mix some RUG in with diesel during winter months to prevent gelling.
I have memories as a child of my dad asking to fill with "regular unleaded", presumably because leaded gasoline could still be purchased back then. I don't know why we need to say unleaded anymore, because I wouldn't even know where to purchase the leaded stuff.

Racing and aviation.
I finally bought gas for the first time since March 27th. 15.349 gallons at $1.119 with a $1 Safeway discount. I managed to spill quite a bit, though. If I spilled a quart then my 34.3 MPG would have been 34.8.
526.5 miles in 42 days does not sound like much. That is like 12.5 a day!

See, your stories that include TMI need to then explain the TMI portion. In this case, how does one accidentally spill a quart of fuel? I've accidentally lit a gas can on fire (along with a pressure washer and other more minor things), thrown it out of the garage into the yard, and spilled less than a quart of fuel in the process.

I've had a pump not stop when my tank was full. Luckily I was paying attention!

Bleeding the high pressure fuel lines on my Cummins is a messy process.

Yeah, I've done that on a few diesels.

From my fuel log: I parked weirdly because of the vehicle in front of me and barely reached the nozzle into the filler neck, but not all of the way in, and only when I pulled on the hose.
Guys, don't do that. Yes, it sounds different as it fills, and you should be able to hear when it is nearly full, but I must have been contemplating my navel or something, because suddenly there was gas all over the concrete!
I haven't done that since Germany!

I paid $1.039 with my .90/g discount at Fred Meyer. $9 for 9 gallons, I was working at a gas station when it went over .999/gallon. They had to replace the guts on the pumps to show the correct price. At least we don’t have a 70s gas shortage on top of all this other crap.....

Yesterday I noticed gas had gone up from $1.359 to $1.479 here in Russellville, KY. I'm thinking they probably raised the price since some of the Covid 19 bans are being removed here at the first of the week and more people will be going back to work and using more gas. Likely just a way for them to increase their profit margin.
