Ha! I actually met several ELITE plan members in Nova Scotia over the winter! I joked that they must have had enough members for a US ex-pat social club in town ... and they did!

I really do want to move to Canada but I really hate super cold weather so I don't know if I could stand it, I really don't like it where I'm from though
