I don't understand what the hangup is. You compress the gas, then you regulate it going into the engine, regardless of the psi. What are you looking for?

It doesn't matter what pressure you have in your tank. You have pressure regulator to take care of this....

The point is to put as much gas as possible into your tank (in safe limit of your tank)

The pressure of CNG going to engine will be low

what problem are you hung up on? What is stopping you from compressing gas to the desired pressure?!? It shouldn't be that hard.

There is only one problem you have to pay 5k-7k for the pump. Do you think this is normal?

shoebox then. Use an electric shutoff if you don't like the built in regulator or figure something else out.

How do you hope to adapt your vehicle cost effectively if you can't get the economy pump to do what you want?

As I said before shoebox will vent all blow-by into atmosphere. I am trying to build (and I will) safe, long lasting, not expensive, not noisy "compressor"

how much "blow by" are we talking about, and why not seal up the shoebox? vent/pump the extra back into the low pressure intake. How much blowby is acceptable?
