Another solution is to wrap a bit of chain around the axle and attach the ends to the body structure, limiting downward movement to about 4". It pretty much only when the axle allows extreme movemment after the rim contacts the street. The other issue was the shocks weren't strong enough on the top bolt to limit travel, and had too much throw.
