They have these tag things at our local wal-mart, I was going to get one and make it say " 30.9 MPG" on top, "Hypermiler" on bottom. I just have not had the money since I got fired from my job..... I was going to change it every time I put in a new fuel log and my numbers change.

Hello... this is Ecomodder. Make your own frame!
I'm sure we can all find some recycled stuff to make frames from, if we really wanted to.

$0.50 cent reflective house stickers from the hardware store and business car magnets are a great way to make modifiable MPG "sticker plates" for the back of your trunk. You have to check your trunk before you drive, though, in case someone changes your "42.5 MPG" to ".542 MPG".
I can't do this because my Saturn has a plastic trunk, .

Well, I meant actually making a license plate frame, like out of an old griddle or something..
The magnet stickers are cool, though. I had friends that did something similar to that in parades and such to relay messages.
Your hatch is plastic? Weird.
My wife's new Saturn (2001) has a steel (rusty) trunk lid... I wish they'd recalled those, too.

I wonder how durable these tags are? I would be scared the side piece pops off and all my letters fall all over the street.

They have frames in 99 cent stores that have useless sayings that can be covered with your own version.

Saturn sedan/coupe trunks are metal. My mini-wagon has a plastic-clad rear hatch.

I'm 90% sure Fieros and Saturns have the same DNA. The plastic-clad tech that the Fiero pioneered was used by Saturn.
