CycleKarts

This is a fantastic little hobby that I'm sure will interest all in this forum (it certainly has my tiller in a tizzy). They are primarily pedal or small piston powered cars that use bicycle wheels/brakes etc. on a scale vehicle for racing. There is limitless potential for drivetrains/bodies/number of wheels/wheel orientation/yaddayaddayadda. Google this and get back to me.

Check your state or provincial DMV laws as some of the powered velomobiles may be street legal. Ladies like them too especially if there are side by side seats.

Interesting....

I saw one of these tooling around the Good Guys show this summer. It was pretty cool and got a lot of attention, but I didn't really know what it was.

Thanks.

State of NY is cool with ebikes. NYC was not, but that may have changed.
-Best way to increase the odds your cyclekart being street legal, is to build it as a three wheeler, similar to a Morgan. Then it is a motorcycle.
