Does or will the mpguino/iduino have a RPM view?

This will come really handle for the situation I am having right now. Don't know if my cluster is broken or something else.

Or is there any stuff that can read rpm for pre obd2?

Not currently. I am not sure if dcb plans to write it into the code or not. There is only so much code that the program can consist of, and I think we are already at about 75% capacity. Thankfully one can get a cheap aftermarket tach. The main goal of the mpguino is to get an accurate mpg reading on pre-OBD2 fuel injected cars, since there is nothing else really available.

It's a definite maybe. There is a "Pulses/2 revs" configuration setting in the setup screen that was intended for RPM computing. Depends on space remaining.

Sorry I don't know anything about the new ones. I have one of the old kits and one of the software versions had rpm v0.71 Others on here know much more about this than me. Maybe they will help. Look here MPGuino - EcoModder

Yes, both Meelis11 and Quezacotl have cracked the code for RPM display in the MPGuino. Look here: http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthrea...ure-25295.html

Cracked... I just enabled it in the code. Just do uncommenting here and there and add the screen for it.
