That's good to know. One of my headlight casings is damaged and has condensation on the inside, and the lightbulbs that turn on at the first click on the stick are all out, so I am considering getting the 2003+ MR2 projector headlights to replace them, except putting in HIDs where the projector lamps were and using LED in the usual main reflector lamp spot as a DRL. I think their brightest H4 bulb is 6W, which is pathetic but will do as a DRL.

Thanks for the link Oldtam I had never seen those. Unfortunately they don't make LEDs in the 4x6" size that I would need for my Monte. I'm more concerned with finding units that could be grafted to the back of my Saturn's lamps to reduce the draw while driving at night though; and I'd rather have something OEM quality than aftermarket. Hopefully the headlamps will be on Ebay in a couple years for an affordable price so we can start experimenting.
