Wow, 180 page thread. That'll test how much I care.
Like all threads, by the time you get to the last page there's a link to a guy that makes horns that don't even roll to 90°, let alone 180 or 360°. I see a fabrication problem, solved either by 3D printing or a welded seam between rolled rings.

On my VLVW design, the front wheel pants cant outward (ahead of max camber) and the rear wheel pants cant inward (to follow the tapering Template).
