Driving a car with your thoughts alone
"With his hands on his lap, Matzke is driving the car with thought alone, often at speeds up to 50km/h (31mph)."
BBC - Future - Mind-control: ?I drove a car with my thoughts?
Here is the video:

My mind is constituted of countless flying caffeinated squirrels. It is already dangerous to put them behind the wheel, but I only allow the most "responsible" ones drive, but if the car responds to all of them...

Yeah. Seems like a terrible idea for cars, though a great one for wheelchairs.

Forget about idiots, it'd be more dangerous with people who think ahead and plan. All you need is for the car to mistake your "can I do..." or "if he... then I'll have to..." for an actual command.
