I think this is a really cool, and perhaps workable, and even legal way to move
the side mirrors inside and out of the MPG robbing isssues around the A-pillar.

For the most part, at least on the surface, it would appear that they meet most
states minimum requirement of a view of the road to the rear of 200 ft...

man I tried everything I could try on those pictures and still could not find them any place on the web. I even tried searching the UPC. the part number cont come up with anything. I did find that the AUTOZONE uses the factory part numbers as alternates. So maybe on the autozone receipt that you got will have the autozone part number.

I did a google maps streetview of the address shown on the mirror packaging, 764 Turnbull Canyon Road, City of Industry, CA. It shows a building with the name Pilot on it. If only I could read the url that's just below the address...

Got it. www.pilotautomotive.com

Can't find this specific mirror, but Pep Boys, Wal-Mart, Sears, K-Mart, Advance, and O'Reilly also sell their products.

I'm going to call their 800-237-7560 number and ask where I can get the MI-141 mirrors near my zip code.

Got off the line. The Pilot customer service said to visit my local Autozone store, and ask the store manager to special order the MI-141 mirrors if they don't stock them.

My local Autozone had these in stock--$5.99 each. However, the website did not show them, even after selecting the store.

My local Autozone had one MI-141 in stock, and located another in the other Autozone in town. I asked if they'd special order a second one for me, to save me driving around town. They ordered one from their warehouse, which should have been delivered today. I'll pick them both up tomorrow. $5.99 apiece.

Hi, I like your mod, I was wondering whether you removed the mirrors yourself? Is it difficult to do? Also, do the internal mirrors give the same field of vision as the wing mirrors?
Thanks

Removing the mirrors on the outside should not be hard. The last pair i removed was on a 1996 ford Taurus and all you had to do was remove 3 bolts and unplug the wiring
