Removal can be difficult if the screws holding the mirror on have been "Lock Tighted" or had some other adhesive applied. You might need to use a penetrating oil and use a hammer to loosen the screws before you try to unscrew them. If you strip the heads, you're screwed... :-/

I did a mirror delete today using the MI-141 mirrors.
Before.

After

Inside mirror views. I used screws to mount the mirrors.

Hello, it was very easy to remove my mirrors by myself. The internal mirror gives a view mostly of the blind spot. If you use the internal mirrors along with your rear view mirror you will do fine.

Check these pics out so you can have a idea of the view.

Great!!!!

How did you screw the mirrors in? Can u also take a pic of an angle where the screw on the mount is showing please? I wanted to do that since my surface is not flat.

I got lucky that I have two Auto zones in town, both just had one. That double sided tape sucks. So when I get ready to make the areo mirrors I will just glass them in on the inside cap.

Here's how I screwed the mirror on.

And here's what it looks like from the side. My inside trim piece is curved, too.

In case anyone questions the safety of those little mirrors, here's my rear/side views.
