Electric Lawn tractor Conversion

So i always wanted a EV but couldn't afford a electric car and was going to do a motorcycle but someone gave away my motorcycle without asking first so that left me with a lawn mower.

I have a Youtube video of it but due to the way ecomodder is setup i can't post the whole link so just go to youtube's web site and add this to the end of the URL

watch?v=VaWrE3-MhXM

or search for electric lawn tractor conversions. my Youtube username is EVpowered.

At the end i show me pulling a 1 ton car in my backyard using only 12 volts!

Its is very simple and very efficient. it runs on one 12 volt battery and goes for over 2 hours! has a lot of torque as seen in me pulling a car with it. I was orginaly going to do 48 volts but found out that this was not nessary. The reason why other conversions needed more powered was due to the fact of the lawn mower blades.

The blades are metal, heavy, and have a loss of energy due to friction of pulleys and such. I'm going to try to make a better system for cutting grass. Heavy blades just don't cut it for me. I don't want to loose my 2 hour run time so i need to be clever about it. Being able to mow for 2 hours on 12 volts electric riding mower will be incredible! I don't think my regular gas mower can mow for 2 hours. And not only that when one 12 volt battery gets drained i could have many others on charge to give me all day mowing, if i ever have the need to mow all day.

Use two batteries in parallel, then you would have longer running time and less taxing on the batteries. running a car battery down in two hours is murder. Use deep cycle trolling batteries.
