I am noticing an oddity about Reno: Teslas everywhere, like 1 in 5 vehicles on the road. Have at least one of every color Rivan, both styles, many Ionics , a genesis or two. Regular EV' s too numerous to count, but you can hear them whine down the road. Is this typical or we just different because of the gigafactory?

Probably normal for the west coast (Reno included).
On the freeway I was noticing every 15th car was a Tesla. I think Tesla is running into a slowdown in sales because everyone's got their Tesla already.
Plenty of other EVs in my small town also. Bolt, various Kia and Hyundai, and my wife even saw a CyberTruck the other day. |

We have three known cyber trucks, saw two yesterday in the same lane about lunch. 3/4 front view makes them look like a roblox cartoon car, ugly as can be. I had Wondered why Elon never showed anything but the side or rear view.
Today I saw 3 red teslas in the left turn pocket onto the ring road. People are even doing the delorean respray we have a lime green tesla, a pink, and that odd color shift paintjob

I've seen a few more EV's here, but not a lot. One Model X, a couple of Tesla Model 3's, a couple of Nissan Leaves, one VW ID4 and one Rivian SUV. Nothing modded or painted, just the ugly usual greys and blacks.
