Uhm, this measure has been on the table for some time, and though the implementing rules are left up to the individual states, the effect is basically that... Nothing but factory parts for any vehicle.

It was that kind of thinking in the USofA that lead to the formation of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA)
