Yeah, in relation to the rest of the nation I feel like a *****. It gets below 32f or over 100f I start complaining or calling out from work. For some a heat wave is considered at 32 f and others at nigh its 100f with a light breeze. I dont know how the rest of you guys do it. I had to use 2 hands to shift my sidekick earlier this week when it was 9 F out. The engine slowly cranked over. The petals and steering too was very stiff.
I use to work for a company that sold/exported hydraulic hoses and equipment to a country near Turkey. The winter would get down to around -60f, hydraulic hoses would burst at -50 f. I spoke to an English speaker there one day and he said they work by hand once temps fall below -50f as the equipment has to be shut down. Once it goes below -60f they go home early.
