Yep, bump up the ride height just a bit (bottom 2" of carbon fiber can be replaced with a flexible rubber skirt material) and affix a bubble canopy.

Might want to let some air down gently off the rear end. That race car shape is designed to generate some downforce (but nothing like an F1 car).

And add pedals for those situations where you're in congested traffic and just need to move up a couple of feet every 10 seconds.
