I dunno... that car has 70BHP.. it could do it!

Honestly, swapping a cam in those engines can get you +20 HP without even trying. You put the cam from the D15B2 into the D15B1, and you've now got 92HP at the same redline. It's stupid. Add MPFI, and it gets even better. You get more torque and GAS MILEAGE!

Well, it's already amphibious, so a boat tail wouldn't be out of place. But before you add wheel skirts, you might want to start with fenders.

Just remember, it gets better mileage than an F250 monster truck, therefore this tractor tired Civic saves gas.
