I agree with DCB... he's a crazy redneck (green neck?) but he's not that bad.
How many seasons did that guy have that idea in his head at 2 deer per year?

I haven't been here very long, but Frank kinda strikes me as a Red Green neck, err, something like that.

Aw shucks...
"Nice" is certainly debatable especially if someone in the real world was yanking my chain before I come online...
but I do strive to be accurate and informative and maybe even sorta fair
Red/green neck: I'm a treehugger and a gearhead, from a farm but retired from an engineering career, so how to reconcile that??? I guess by obsessing over bicycles, eco-vehicles, and relentless preaching against waste and overpopulation. And open pipes.
Hopefully my contributions aren't too far off track; if I don't know what's going on I try to stay out of it but that doesn't always work
Luckily there is a support group of really smart talented folks here
