Must 90's Hondas used 22.4", in various ratios on 13 and 14" wheels.

Look at oem takeoff wheels. I see them off Priuses for $200-300 all the time. It might rub since oem size is 24.98"ish, but if it does sell the tires and you have a free set of aluminum 15x6 wheels. 15-16" is where the good tires are.
I just bought some for the Sequoia since it was cheaper than buying tires. I got (5) 245/75R17 Michelins for $400, sold my old tires for $40, and sold the jeep wheels that were on those tires for $100. Essentially getting the tires for $260 with 30 miles on them from the jeep dealership. A lot better than the $1200 tirerack wanted and mileage is up too lol.

If the tires rub what the drift kids do is insert an aluminum baseball bat behind the tire and roll the car forward until it falls out ahead of the tire.

Never tried it but one'd have differing diameter as you choke the bat and one could make multiple passes.

Maybe on newer cars, but in the 66 buick special, it just rolled around and creased the bat
