And had you gotten the regular brakes instead of the ceramic the very few times you did end up using them it would create a lot more brake dust.

It seems like whenever you hit the regen button, the brakes are still applied, somewhat, so they'll probably still wear out in 7-8 years.

I think it's just engine braking with the IMA pancake motor when you hit the regen button. I don't see how it would activate the brakes, although it does activate the brake light.

I don't know, but it used to squeak when I hit that switch until I changed my brake pads, so I assumed it used then a little.

Mine does nothing But yeah, when I just very gently
tap the brakes it seems to slow down way too fast for
the amount of pressure so it's definitely using the electric
motor to slow it down a good bit as well.

Lol, did you just join over here to sell it since none of the IC crowd is biting?
This isn't the deep-pocket crowd you see over there, it'll be a tough sell at that price here bro
