That's a pretty good price. How much does it weigh? If it's over 20 lbs you beat scrap metal prices (35¢—$1.50/lb).

You can buy any aluminum you want there for 73 cents a pound.
It was less than $20, not sure of the weight because I bought some other stuff too.
I will put the pic on here shortly.

This bumper is light (4lbs), cheap ($30) and aerodynamic

I had hoped to find or build something push rated.
Its going to get about 10lb lighter when I shorten it by 15 inches.
Then I will add about 10lb of aluminum or stainless backing to this thing and the bumper will be very functional for bumping.
I want this bumber for 2 things, the air dam effect it will provide and use it for a place to put my big intercooler with out blocking the radiator.

He has a point though- if you can extend some push bars through a slippery fiberglass shell you'll have the best of both worlds.

You think thats a great price, I put a full 3 and 4 inch stainless steel straight pipe exhaust on for less than $40, all scrap yard .95'' 308 and 304 stainless.
304 aint cheap if you pay retail.
I am going to cut that the bumper down to the proper width this weekend and find a place to weld the 2 halves together first thing next week.

I cut the bumper down to a more aproprate width and I just don't like it, I love it. I had some consern early on it would end up looking like I crashed into a pile at the scrap yard.
I'm not sure what to do with all the left over fog light openings yet. I'm thinking oil cooler and transmission cooler openings....
