I looked in the Ecomodder Garage and I couldn't find a 1992 Metro that looked like a match. He's sighting one Ecomodder in his URL list :

This engine additive is freaking me out because I haven't seen it before :

Nice ride! With all the things he's done I'm surprised he haven't dropped an xfi cam in yet.

How does the cam advance help? Why was it set "wrong?"

The advanced cam gear works wonders in these engines. I have a 10 degree gear and an economy cam combo in mine right now. My ignition timing is advanced to about 14 degrees now with this setup. Plenty of low end torque and more pulling power in higher gears.
