Great Metro Bike rack!

Check out this car that was in the parking lot at the MREA Energy Fair!

Is that a bike on the back?
Yes!

Does it have hand cranks?
Yes!

Does that Metro have a towing hitch as well?
Yes!

I talked to the owner. It's a 2000 Metro. He put the hand cranks on the the bike for arm exercise while biking. (Although sometimes handicapped persons do use hand-crank bikes)

The Bike Rack is permanently attached to the hatch, so the whole thing lifts and opens normally when a bike isn't on there, he just has to loosen the bottom bolt that pins the rack on the bumper.
