Guilty

well today i was guilty of driving like a "regular driver" and then some...

i had a final exam for one of my classes and on the way to school the bridge i normally take was backed up and not moving so i had to go backwards and take another longer route. but i new i wasnt going to make it in time so i drove...HARD. Full gas, Full brake but the scan gauge said only 8.5L/100km when normally i get about 6L/100km. so thats my story for the day.

Did some grill blocking on my moms car (the FSP) last night...will post pics in another thread later tonight

I did about 10 miles of fast/normal driving last week when I saw a dog at the 710 North -> 10 East interchange on the side of the road at night. I am 85% sure that he/she trotted off the road because she/he was heading toward the Fremont exit. I had to double back and forth because I didn't know the area, and there were cops parked at a 7-11 right next to the onramp. They weren't going to let me onto the freeway and I wasn't going to push it.

Jaw dropped at the FE on your FX. I'm also guilty of driving normal, usually on friday nights when I have to get home before curfew.

Carlo... what are you talking about? Is there something I'm missing? Are you a fugitive?

I changed my driving style to try to save the dog before he/she got squished on the freeway (he/she was not in the middle of the freeway, she/he was off to the side, but there was a fence and wall blocking escape). I got off the freeway and doubled back. I didn't know any of the streets, so I kept getting lost driving around. If the cops weren't around, I would have walked onto the freeway offramp (on the side of the road of course).

I only drive "normal" in other people's cars. Can't be messing up my fuel log.

JUST KIDDING!

Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, I did a bit of normal driving and didn't even figure my mileage for a few days. I drove quite a bit faster and it felt very dangerous!

I was guilty on Sunday morning trying to get to my half marathon in time (It's on what beach?! Dang!). Haven't been in the fast lane for quite a while and it was a little weird seeing that side of the Parkway again.
