Turtle Has anyone tried HHO?

I am thinking of fabricating an HHO unit, and was wondering if anyone had tried it and what success they had. I currently have GM 3.1L and 3.8L FI engines. HHO is where you evaporate hydrogen gas from water using an electrically charged cell, and is alleged to gain up to 20mpg. I suspect reality to be closer to 10, though.

Feel free to post any info on HHO, as I am really interested in learning more.
