Help! Scangauge not working

I just leased a 2013 Jetta SE and I can't get my scangauge to stop "connecting...". I've tried what the manual says on trying to force different modes and nothing happens. I've also tried to use the site scangauge.com and their resources but none of the web pages that I try work. Does anyone have any ideas?

Does it still work in other vehicles besides the Jetta?

Regardless, you should contact the company directly. In my experience, they have been very good with the few support/warranty claims I've seen.

What I was getting at was: if you try it on another vehicle today (not the Jetta), and it still works, then you'd know it's not a general fault. It's something to do with the Jetta.

Either way, sounds like you should contact the company. It would just be more useful for them if you ruled out general fault or Jetta-specific.
