Hey Everyone

Hey everyone my name is Zach, currently I'm a senior in High school but I'm planning on going to a local tech school for Energy Technology next year. I've been interested in fuel efficiency for about a year now but haven't had the time to start any projects due to having school during the week and working directly after. But now as summer is coming up in a couple of weeks, I should have more time to get some projects started. Currently I drive an 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix SE averaging about 17 mpg in town... but I'm trying to change my lead foot ways. Also I own a 2000 Suzuki GSXR 600 Sport bike which is probably getting around 40 mpg. but I'm planning on selling them both for a more fuel efficient car. I came to this site to learn more about fuel efficiency mods and driving techniques.

Welcome to ecomodder! That's a sweet bike, why not trade down for a ninja 250, they get great mileage, I hear?

Be sure to check out our new hypermiling tips.

I would love to keep my bike but living in a small town in South Dakota it doesn't seem very practical to me and with having a long winter this year and being busy all the time I haven't got much use out of it. And usually I'm the driver when hanging out with friends, a motorcycle just doesn't have enough capacity for me. But some day when I move to someplace warmer I'll be sure to get another bike.

haha cfg83, what's that from? My name comes from an old nickname my friends gave me, we were eating at a country kitchen and I decided to order the Mr. Chippy pancake and the name has stuck with me ever since.

Welcome to the site. Don't forget to stick your car in the garage. Helps people keep track of what you're talking about.

There's a show on Cartoon Network that created the character :

Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! TEASER

Tim and Eric - Where's my chippy 2

Totally insane stuff. Not for the faint of humor,
