High Idle after EOC

When a jump start the car after EOC my idle sits at 1500 and doesn't come back for several minutes neglecting and gains from doing EOC. Any ideas on how I can stop my idle from doing this?

Car is a 2000 Nissan Altima.

Rig an injector kill switch to kill the engine without powering-down the ECM? Just a thought..
