Still working

Well it is still working fine and hasn't left me stranded again. I've been driving it back and forth to work and everything seems to be fine. I do feel like it doesn't have the power that it used to. I am yet to get over 600 amps on my guage even when floored. I thought I would be able to see 800 amps since it is an 800 amp controller.

there could be other factors limiting the current available besides the controller

I suppose ther could be, but I was able to pull 1000 amps with my old resistive/voltage controller I built and I didn't change much. Anyway, a couple of weeks ago we had a storm while my Fiero was outside at work charging. It blew my trunk lid wide open and got everything wet. One of my 48 volt chargers isn't working and the controller is giving me a 1,3 code for low battery voltage, but when I measured the voltage at the controller it was over 107 volts (17 six volters). I've been too busy with work to take the time to work on it. Hopefully I will have time after the Sturgis ralley next week.
