There's no "delete" for fuel log entries, so just set it to 1 gallon and for distance enter the average MPG for that vehicle. Then re-use that entry with good data next time.

Bump!

I just wanted to re-ask this question for a different reason. My fuel log simply has too many entries now, and it is making the text in the graph almost too small to read. If I could somehow remove just one entry it would revert to the way it appeared previous to my last entry, which would look much better. Is there any way that can be done?
