How do I link to a Pdf document ?

I found some great studies I'd like to link here, but I'm only given the option to download the document.
I downloaded it and tried to link it, but it doesnt take.
Pdf files are too big.
This is a screen capture from the article. Would rhat be an option ? ( Just screen capture each page ? )
