Somehow I doubt it, after the vinegar I would probably run something else thru to lube the pump. Water pumps a pretty easy replacement on my car so Im not too worried.

I should quit being so worried. My water pump's the one that was on the car when we bought it 9 years ago and it has a slightly bent pulleyshaft anyway...it'd be a good excuse to R&R it!

Just dipped my finger in my radiator... thinks its about flush time :P

The reservoir is almost solid sludge.

Yikes. That's bad lookin' stuff. Haven't bothered with the Mustang except for a wash tonight. I had most of the weekdays off this week and I've been riding the Harley to work since the weather's been cooperating.

The trend continues. 17,07mpg this last tank, and I wasn't quite as attentive as I have been before, with more shorter trips thrown in to boot. This is good stuff! Even better, with the good weather lately, I've been able to ride my motorcycle and hadn't filled up the Mustang for 26 days.
